Registration Rules

Registration deadline is 31/01/2025

Payment deadline is 15/03/2025. Please note that we will ask for a single payment for groups.

Participation fee is 300 €. Fee is the same for players and visitors.

Single Rooms

We need to add an extra fee of €95 for a single room, making the total EVS 2025 fee €395.

The fee includes:

1. Transport to and from the airport on Friday afternoon and Sunday morning

2. Two nights in a shared double or triple room with breakfast included

3. Light buffet dinner on Friday

4. Lunch box on Saturday

5. Dinner and ceremony on Saturday

6. Event T-shirt and gadgets

• All green bold fields are mandatory

• Please remember to fill both sheets in the registration form if able

• Booking a single room is not recommended, so do so only if it is strictly necessary

Things you agree to when registering:

1. Take pictures during EVS 2025 weekend

2. Publication of your pictures on the tournament website

3. Publication of your pictures on the EVS-HQ website

4. Publication of your pictures in the EVS Friends Facebook closed group

5. The organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, damage, or loss during the tournament weekend
